It is important to remember that as a patient you are ultimately responsible for payment for the services provided to you at Mountain View. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard, cash and in-state checks.
Copayment Policy Notice
Copays: Payment for your insurance copay is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (VISA and MC). You may be asked to reschedule your visit if you repeatedly fail to pay your copay at the time of service.
